• Get Listed requests: business name, website, booking URL, contact name, professional email, phone, business location, service areas, and selected listing plan.
• Claim a Listing requests: your name, business email, and phone number for ownership verification.
• Automatic data: standard analytics information such as page views and referral sources, without identifying individual people.

3. How We Use Information

We use submitted information to:

• Respond to contact inquiries and provide directory support.
• Review, approve, and publish Get Listed submissions.
• Verify Claim a Listing requests and prevent unauthorized takeovers.

4. Third-Party Form Providers

Our contact and Get Listed forms are powered by a third-party form provider (Tally). Submissions are transmitted through the provider's service and subject to its own terms. We do not request health history through our general directory forms.

5. Appointment & Booking Information

Mobile spray tanning may require sharing a home, hotel, or event address with a chosen provider. Appointment locations are not placed in URLs, shared with analytics, or exposed in public profiles. An appointment address should only be shared with a provider after clear consent and directly through their booking process.

Listing subscriptions and advertising are paid placements. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. Advertisements use tracking parameters that may identify the placement but do not transmit personal appointment details.
